Shipping Time:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Note: Personalized items require additional processing time.

If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, they may be shipped

separately, with non-personalized items delivered first.

Tracking:

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Returns & ExchangesReturn Policy:

We offer a 7-day return window for all unused and unworn items – no questions asked.

Exceptions: Personalized jewellery, coins, utensils, and Silver idols are non-returnable,

unless they are defective or incorrect.

Return Conditions:

● Returned items will be inspected before processing refunds

● Returns of silver silvia products purchased outside our official website or store will

 follow the return policy of the respective seller.

● Shipping charges (if any) paid during the order are non-refundable.

● In case of missing items in return pickups, up to the full MRP of the missing product(s)

 may be deducted from the refund.

● This includes free gifts or promotional items.

Refunds:

Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

Replacements & Exchanges:

● No exchanges or replacements are processed after 7 days of delivery.

● Replacements are shipped only after the original product is returned/picked up.

Return Process

  • Initiate your return from our website or contact our Customer Support Team.
  • Ensure availability for reverse pickup and attend calls from our delivery partner.
  • If unavailable, the pickup may be cancelled, requiring the process to be re-initiated.

Note:

Some pin codes may not be reverse serviceable. In such cases:

● You may need to ship the product to us via an alternate courier (e.g., India Post).●

● We’ll reimburse up to ₹100 of your shipping cost.

Charges exceeding ₹100 will be adjusted against your refund.

Missing Products or Empty Parcels

If you receive an empty parcel or a missing item, contact our Customer Support within 48

hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing:

● Package seal

● Contents inside

● Order details

Claims without sufficient evidence or visible tampering may be rejected.
